LEMON BARS

½ cup flour
½ cup butter
¼ cup powdered sugar.

Mix and put in 9×9 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Topping:
2 eggs (beaten)
1 cup sugar
3 T lemon juice
Rind of 1 lemon
Salt

Mix and pour over crust. Sprinkle 1 cup fine coconut then sift 2 T flour and ½ tsp baking powder on top. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
